Hello. On Thursday of last week, I accidently baught a m4a1 gold. I mean to buy ak gold. I sent a support ticket within 20 minutes of my accidental purchase. The next day I sent in another ticket. Still nothing. I haven't gotten a pm back or an exchange. I just want 100 coupons back for the m4. If not helped by tomarrow, I'll send in more tickets. I foloed the exchange rules but nothng!
