Account was really hacked

I made a post once saying pav hacked my account because he lent it too me, but it turns out that he might have it along with his own. He made a clan using my account then it's a member, and then his own account is the leader. I've PMd saidan and sent 3 tickets but I haven't gotten a response. I assume that it's being sent to the 1 I'm registered with, which is in fact my moms. I'm gonna send another 1. Mods got anything I can do?
