it annoys me when they're skilled knifers, but the whole point of the knife is having a decent weapon in case you're out of ammo, you can't totally count on finding a gun, especially if it's a small-scale scrim, like 2v2 or 3v3, since you don't die so often with less enemies. so removing the knife is a bit of a no-go. preventing axes and shovels, however...

This is BULL.. And I be sniping my ass off.. and had 17-0 last game I was reloading and got KNIFED from BEHIND... In Prison... Not funny.. after that I started to suck... -

Sometimes it may get anoying when they do knife you, but I guess it's kind of part of the game, even though it's supose to be sniper ONLY. But seriously, I'm pretty sure we've all heard the phrase, bringing a knife to a gun fight (LOL). But if we did take away the knives, then we may have people running around unable to kill (that would be both funny and sad)

If you can't deal with knifing then play in your own private rooms. Knifing is ok in my book for sniper matches. Just like knifing is ok in regular matches.
Scenario for you noobs: You just unloaded your whole clip of sniper ammo and need to reload. But there is an enemy in front of you. What do u do? Hmmmmmm hit that button that you have your melee set for. Switch to the knife and very quickly you can kill that enemy in front of you. Helps with getting your kill streaks and total kills in the game higher. If you can't hit a suicide knife-r running at you then you should stop QQ'n and try harder next time! STOP CRYING! -

seriously, they are not going to take the knife out of a sniper match for reasons
1. it would be a pretty major patch that they dont want to deal with
2. then people with AWMs will have to walk extremely slow everywhere
3. less people would do sniper matchs
4. if you werent such a noob, you could kill them, and wear a headset if you cant hear them running up to you, knifers arent going to walk over to you. -
I hate knifing noobs in sniper matches. Ive just started using the sniper and when im about to get a good kill with one, a noob comes behind me and knifes me. I mean SERIOUSLY it is dumb to knife in a sniper match. Its not called sniper and knife match, its just called sniper match. So take the knife of the sniper match and if u run out of bullets just pik up another gun!

they join sniper match SO THEY CAN KNIFE SNIPERS.It both bothers me and doesn't bother me.
I don't see the point in joining a Sniper Only match if you just plan on knifing everybody. If you wanna knife, then to a knife only room. Is it really THAT hard?
Bothers me even more when they say that they do it because they suck at sniping. Well then PRACTICE IT! It should be easy to practice in a Sniper Only room because there's nobody running around shooting 30 bullets at you to mess you up.
While the knifing bothers me, being able to use the knife does not. I mean really, would you rather have your knife out while you're running, or run extremely slow while you carry a sniper? -
