No AK Gold.

Blackmarket glitched me and I got a Golden m4 instead of a golden AK.

It's been 2 weeks since I sent a report ticket and that stupid golden m4 is still in my inventory. On march 22 I was told they would replace it, but it's still not there... Can I just get my AK pls?

well dude i,am really sorry for u

but this service just fails

cuz the sam eproblem happened for me that i exchanged cupons by mistake

and i sent aticket and nothing happened

i pmed 2 gms including saidin

i pmed amoderator

and sent about 3 tickets

all they said they r unsure if the problem will be fixed or not and that was from more than 10 days

lol i had his same problem and i waited for than that and nothing happened

i sent the ticket within 2 minuits from the error

and i pmed 4 gms and moderators

gm saiding answered me but nothing happened

and i lost my cupons simply

As long as you have submitted a ticket, DONT delete it keep it, I think every ticket is posted with date written on it so as long as u submit ur complain within 48 hours, response should be there, I think these guys are taking a break from us these days =P
