In Rival Factions should I join Black List or Global Risk?

Should I join Black List or Global Risk? I like Black List and Global Risk (I like Black List a little bit more but I'm not sure). What is the better Faction? Please help...

Global Risk is winning right now, and Black List is probably not going to catch up in time -.-..

but in the Long Run, Black List will win :P

I thought Black List was winning or so it said... BL won 2 missions GR won 1...
Still need help!!!!!!!! Also I accidentally already chose Black List... Is there any way to switch?
