No,it's the old "AckTcpFrequency" setting used for WindowsXP and up.

2."Is this a virus/keylogger?"
No,it's just a script that changes your windows registry to pump out more bandwidth.You can look up the AckTcpFrequency to change the registry manually yourself,but it'll take a little longer.

3."Will this work for wireless connection?"
Yes it will.As long as you have a Highspeed connection it does not matter.

4."Will this work for other online games as well?"
Yes it will.
