FPS problem

i got a new laptop with the specs of:

dual core 1.9
3gb ram
Radeon HD 3200

on the lowest setting i get around 60 max

but on my old pc with a nvidia 6150 with 1gb and dual core 2.2 i get around 80-100 on lowest

y is this?

My fps is normally about 50 on XP. I Installed windows 7 and it's now at 20-25 spiking at 40-50 all the time. I couldn't find a solution so i did a dual-boot and when i play, i play on XP!

Cross Fire is very processor dependant. Seeing as how your new laptop doesn't have as good as one as your old one, that may be part of your issue.
