Ping problem (Random Spikes)

On all the other game my ping to Uk servers is 170-190. And when the CF UK server came, it was 183-185. But only at the day it released. And now it never goes under 200, constant 210-230. The lowest it went today was 201 and also for just like 5 mins. Please help. It some time goes to 320 and I have to stop playing the game for like half hour until its 200ish. Can I get the tracert IP and can GMs please fix this?

Edit - btw, I live in India. No other Asians versions of game are in language that I can understand. And I have spent 130 bux on the game. So won't shift to other versions. I was waiting for a gm tournament for so long and when it came, I can't participate due to lag..=(
