Failed to download version.ini.

everytime i go into cf i click start game and nothing happens, i hit it again and patcher is already running, but nothing is running... 10 min later i get a message saying failed to download version.ini. , i tried to reinstall cf, restart pc, log off and on, turn off all antivirus and firewall, help any1?!
