Hi, i need help i have submitted a ticket like 3 days ago and i need help how do i view or know if someone has responded to my situation?

Right next to your account/deposit/logout there will be a little blinking message thing there. Sometimes it takes up to a week for them to respond though.

since it's the weekend it might take longer because they don't work on weekends
