To The Crossfire Community: Resignations
Crossfire Community,
For those of you that are or aren’t aware of who we are: I am Polleus/CSN Kris of the Cyber-Sports Network. Accompanying and sharing these statements is Denxi/CSN Graham. Know that we both are in this letter and will be making the following remarks regarding our resignation from Cyber-Sports Network as League Administrators. Please keep in mind that we are under a Non-Disclosure Agreement, so I will have to be brief with our points and examples.
Now to address the initial questions. No, we are not being fired from CSN due to a lack of performance of our Administrative responsibilities. We have chosen to do this of our own free will, citing several reasons that will be discussed further below in this letter. We have enjoyed most of our time at CSN and this has no bearing on how we feel for the Crossfire community. We still both wish to improve the state of this community in any which way we can.
Miscommunication or lack thereof with the upper management at CSN is really the single, most contributing factor to our resignation, along with other major internal issues. There were several instances throughout the announcements of the placement tournament where certain procedures and policies were communicated to us in error. This placed us, on more than one occasion in a situation where we had to correct ourselves (What we had told you as the community) more than we should have. You are all aware of what happened in the real 1st round of the Placement Tournament. We were not aware of such issues until they had already happened and that placed us in a really bad situation. That not only made us look bad as Administrators, but it made Cyber-Sports Network look bad as well.
Again, I must reinforce that we are not leaving because of the state nor actions of the Crossfire Community. We are resigning because of the severe lack of communication between us as Administrators and the CSN owners that render us unable to do our jobs efficiently and correctly. Our questions are not being answered and the issues are not being handled, leaving us to look like the bad guys who made the mistakes.
Denxi and I will still make every effort to help improve this community in whatever ways we can, but we can not continue to do so under the CSN name. I personally want to apologize to the Crossfire Community for this whole ordeal. Know this, that we have explored every avenue before coming to this conclusion. We have made the attempts to remedy the situation with the CSN owners through private means and no such remedy has occurred. We look forward to continuing our quest to helping this community grow and mature. We wish CSN luck in its ventures from this point forward.
Regards,
Denxi and Polleus
Note: Until further notice from the CSN owners, if any, please contact CSN Adam or CSN Andrew (owners) for further questions.

CSN'd go far with you guys, but communication is essential. And I personally know what I'm talking about.
If you didn't know I'm currently ESL admin in Portugal, and I must say that the communication between LA's and NMA's isn't the best. Our rules are also bad, and we can't even change them.
I understand so well you guys. We want to do something but we can't because we don't have legal powers to do that. Obviously we have to talk to NMA's, and on most days they are busy and/or just ignore us.
You are competent, and I'm pretty sure that will appear some more occasions to show yourselves as league administrators. -

e. .. how to say something? you do not friend was the cause that you did What can it be done struggled as much but if there is failure in communication media, and as a car without fuel.
I acknowledge here and see a man of character that they expose the truth to say my congratulations my friend.
see you in the near future and a promising but not discouraged a good fight and battle to get up many times as necessary, so just get in some place. -
lolwut ?
I got the gist of what he was saying, haha.
You are pretty much screwed without that line of communication. You can't really operate without it. Just as when you have no fuel in your car, you can't get anywhere. Haha. He tried, give him that much. -

^^ wth
so is csn done?
or they replacing?
We will be looking for new admins, however the process takes time. If anybody is interested send an email to jerett@cyber-sports.net You will be able to find the application under the Cross Fire Discussion section of our forums shortly.Getting my attention = $5
On a serious note, I honestly have no idea. Communication with the owners is non-existent. You'd have to ask them.
Communication broke down over less than a week, that's when people jump to conclusions. How those conclusions are made, I was not there nor have a full grasp on the situation. However, I know that with having admin privileges to the website anything and everything can be done in terms of game support. Being able to be relatively autonomous is what we strive for our game admins to be and to provide excellent game support to players.
