I need help for recording!!

Anyone can help me i want to record my crossfire while playing anyone can teach me how to use Xfire or Fraps n i tried it but when i record my pc is completely lagging anyone got any suggestions!!thnx!

If your computer lags while trying to record the game, it's not a error, or a problem. It most likely means your computer is not fast enough to run and record the game at the same time.
Try setting all of your recording settings to low as possible, if that doesn't work buy a better computer.
