Erratic Connection

I am located in San Diego, came home to play two days ago and noticed my ping was 190 in all Toronto servers, tried to check if something was wrong with my connection but after running a speed test everything was fine, my ping on ventrilo was the same, my ping in other games was the same and what makes it even more confussing is that my ping on miami, west coast and UK servers are the same that i used to get before this issue showed up.

It seems its just a problem with the toronto servers but seems is only affecting me and couple more people, could someone tell me what is this about? is there anything i can do? should i just wait? Thanks.
