FPS issue

I dont know if it me but i have been playin alot then all of a sudden my screen and movement of my guns are lagging like crap and my fps is dropping and raising high. I was wondering if anyone know the problem. I know it isnt my graphic card nor my pc. Which is AMD Phenom(tm)9750 Quad-Core Processor 2.40GHz RAM 8.00 64-bit Operation System. With a NVIDIA GeForce 9100.Also the fps change happen few mins in the game while im playing and it been bother me and makes me dont even wanna play. Also my connect isnt a problem i have the cable guy came over not to long ago.

lol the pc it self cost 700 usd with out the hd screen. which cost about 219 usd for HP 2159m 21.5" Diagonal Full HD Widescreen LCD Monitor. But over im sure it not my pc or connection to do with the lower fps in game after few mins after i play.

A geforce 9100 in a $700 PC? You were ripped off, it is impossible to buy a new GPU that is weaker.

ya ya ur comp aint that good a quad is nothing i got a 3.5 ghz dual core amd 64x over clocked to 4.3 ghz 4 gigz ddr3 ram at 1200 mhz each over cloked to 1.85 ghz also my screen is a 32 inch hd tv 2x raptor hds 500gb each raided to 0 2x nvidia 9800s 512 meg each ddr3 ram on deck of both ping in all servers is 50 so top that in ur cakes mix homie

that was the package that came with the pc. plus i didnt have it speicaly order if i did it would of been more. However it faster than my old custom building one. but still that doesnt answer the question i ask.

well im not spending too much money on pc because spending on upgrading my car. but yeah u got a good computer.
