Mercedes is the best car in the world.
Hands down.
Mercedes are very sensitive and break down easily and repairing a Mercedes is like putting another down payment on a car.TASTYLIMEEE wrote: »not hands down, they're expensive to maintain like most luxury german cars.
^This.
I prefer some American and Japanese vehicles. -

it's even with american cars,
american cars require more repairs more often that are cheaper vs german cars less repairs but more expensive. In general if you buy a new car it's going to cost money for parts because it's fairly new, but older Mercedes vs older american cars, I'll take the Mercedes, they simply last longer. -

I have an 06 H3 with 128K miles and it still runs like new.
The only time I had to fix something it was the interior.
The only American car that has to be fixed a lot would be a ford.
Fix oil repair daily. -

crysler transmissions go out around 100k-140k usually. GM is even worse, We really can't even call them American cars anymore anyways, most of them are built in mexico, there are more honda/toyota cars built in the US now. -

I will agree Chrysler blows.
However, I still like my hummer if it wasnt such a guzzler I wouldn't be selling it. -

All cars require maintenance to keep running. And of course a nice car would cost a lot to repair. But if you can afford to buy one, don't you think you would have the money to keep it running?
Duh... that's like saying, I can buy a computer I just don't have the money to pay for the electricity it's going to use -_-... Once you reach that kind of price range, the way you look at money is entirely different.
So my choice in that scenario. Would be the Mercedes SLR mclaren.
