i have bug in my acount !!!!!!!!!

i have problem when i open game i can't use ( Clan - Block - friend ) lists
and i can't use most of server bottons all i can do is playing but can't chat or alk to my clan
and i get this mesg ( buddy server is not stable . unable to display )
and another mesg ( buddy server is not connected )

Please some one help me and Solve my problem or tell me how to solve it ..
