i've played for like 3-4 hours and i don get the crates why?

I played for 3hrs and it shows as only 1hr 55min in the statistics. Does this mean it doesn't include being in the lobby and while you are loading and when you don't finish a game? I can't believe this.

where do u check that?i play 6-7 hour but dont get anything yet unstill now

played for more than 3 hours. I know that because while playing i listened 4 times 6Degrees of inner turbulence (42 Minutes of song)
42X4= 168 Minutes

3 hours

and no crates

U can check how long u play by going to the crossfire homepage and clicking on one of the top 10 players. Go to the bottom left and search your character. Check statistics and check whatever day.
