Why can't I pay with Paypal?

I want to purchase Z8 points via Paypal but everytime I click on BUY NOW my page just refreshes, and when I clicked on any other payment options like clickandbuy it tells me this
"In order to deposit you must be at least level 20 in any of the RPG games or level 5 in Cross Fire.



Your account does not reach the minimum level requirement to make a deposit. Please come back later. Thanks. "

I play Crossfire so what does it mean by Level 5 in Crossfire??

that means, your Rank is to low yet, u cant use paypal atm.
If Level 5 is required, u should be at least Corporal to purchase ZP via Paypal. If u'll be Seargeant, it should work fine i guess.

maybe try and use another internet explorer like Firefox ,Google Chrome ,Safari or Internet Explorer
I was try to pay with PayPal on Internet Explorer and it didnt let me and i try it with Google Chrome and it let me

I am currently a rank of Corporal, and I assumed that level 5 meant Corporal rank, also I tried using it on Fire Fox and Internet Explorer and still when I click BUY NOW the page refreshes

I'm a sergeant class 1 and I can't buy using Rixty on Safari.
I'm gonna try Google Chrome.
