Small Screen

So, every now and then, my screen for CF, when I go into a game, goes to the normal "windowed" size screen and floats into the top left corner. I have tried bouncing back between windowed and full screen mode and it doesn't help. I know it hasn't to do with the patch, because yesterday I was playing perfectly normal. Someone wanna help me out here?

I use to play windowed mode, but since the maintenance patch I think, it wont let me go window mode.

Can someone help me to lol? sorry Mcluven been wanting know this quite some time.
Did i cahnge something or is it CF?

I also noticed FPS issues. Mine not so much with low FPS in general, but my screen can be "sticky" sometimes, and freeze up when someone fires.
