HGW Problem

i reinstall crossfire lots of times because it kept saying disconnected due to incorrect map info. But now I cant even get to log in page! After x -trap loads HGW says C Error Code:14001 and S Error Code: 5. but thats what happens. reinstalled crossfire lots of times and can not work. I have 2 account, one master serg 4 class and one second liuetenant but thats hacked.
