First u need to know how to play and be the ace, so people will want to play with u
Secod u need to have a good acct with the guns everybody awalys dream about
Thrid u need to be organized and give something to keep the clan interesting.. think about what Z8 does.. always a new update..

Ask some friends or ask ingame, weather someone wanna join your clan, maybe they are not the best player, but they make some clan points and your clan will get better and better.

idk just put manny zp in your clan and if somewhan in your clan have like 100 clan points buy him a gift or send him zp by gift
that will atrackt people

u can also ask your real life friends to make a cf account and join, u can ask your members to put a macro where is in like apply ... new clan recruiting and idk
