How do you get good ping?

How do you get good ping? Does it matter where you live or what country your in? i live in the philippines and im tired of bad ping and no i dont want to play Philippine CF because the guns are OVER powered and i get called waller for pwning my fellow filipinos!(dang im so fregin skilled philippine version CF ping:45-47)So anyway how do you get good ping?

servers are in canada and westcoast the closer you are the better your ping
I have a low ping of 37 and its harder to kill a ping of 200+

200+ pingers take like 6 AK bulets instead od 3 =.=

theres a wire that will reduce your ping by 20 ish if that helps i forgot what its called but i live in michigan and i have 27 and my frined lives in texas and he has 40 but should have 60-70.

don't use a wireless router if you want better fps. It's less handy, but better fps. If you are using a wireless router then make sure you computer has good connectivity.
