How do I activate an Item. Just bought a helmet and not sure how to activate.

Error help me...

After the update Sept. 16, I do not crossfire ta .. it opens up more with the following Error. w [2007] L [0] crossfire.exe .....
Baxei version 1051 and says the same thing ..
I downloaded version 1052 and said to download the latest version resent.
I am with vesa 1049 and this error please help me!
