Please Help Me!!

Yesterday I bought 10000ZP with Paypal.Then I received an email from Paypal with the confirmation of the transaction. After a few hours,when I realized that the ZP aren't in my account, I sent a Support ticket with my problem. Today I looked again in my account and nothing...Not even an answer to my ticket...OK...So I sent again a support ticket.This happened two hours ago.Still nothing...Not even an answer or something...What happens?Why doesn't anyone answer to my support ticket to tell me what's going on?Have I lost my money?Is it to hard for them to give me an answer?I will never buy ZP again, now that I've seen what happens...It isn't nice what happens to CF players.This is lack of respect....

P.S. I don't want to be mean, but this "silence" that I receive from them makes me angry....

Just be patient, the support and the GM's doesnt work over the weekend. So you should get your answer probably soon
