CF not working

Apperently when they patched it they ddn't test it and I don't even know if they've noticed no one can get on or if they're doing anything about it. I've been through prettymuch all the posts from today and haven't seen a GM/MOD post anything. I'll be glad if this ****s up hackers but they need to fix this and send us all an E-mail when it's resolved. Wish I was a GM because apperently I'm on these forums alot more today and as a GM I could atleast say sorry and we're working on it But sorry I'm not a GM LOL

I can get on just fine. If it was a complete error on their end, no one would be able to get on. I have plenty of people on my xfire who are playing. So something else is wrong :-/

thursdays are the only days me and my frends can play together, now i have to wain another week!

and we shouldent have all this hassle...

i cant help thinking that if you had to pay for this game the service would be loads better

omfg

so this is my observation: z8games has failed the last 2 updates because they have rushed them and not thought about anyone but themselves, with the last patch i started getting the "Disconnected Due to Incorrect Map Info" and automatically disconnecting me, yes i can sit idle in clan chat for 5-10 minutes but that takes away from my game play when i only have a half hour to play. Now i am getting the same error everyone else is, maybe with the next patch z8games can take there time and make sure this stupid **** does not happen? I have spent over a thousand dollars on zp and now i am wondering if i will spend more, if z8games isnt thinking about anyone but themselves then imma be the same way

Ok to anyone with windows Xp am Avg 9.0.

After trying everything listed an 3 reinstalls nothing worked at all.

So i uninstalled Avg an the game works perfectly.
something in Avg is conflicting with CF , No idea what it is and i know uninstalling antivirus can be bad but it worked.

I had the same error.. this is what i did/

Uninstall the game.. go into program files and go to Z8 games folder and delete the folder thats there. Redownload CF. It should work


I did this and I am playing.

for me it worked i have avg9.. what i did simply i restored it from the virus vault(history>virus vault>find the file>and click restore as>and click the z8 games crossfire and it's done
