Hmm, i dont think its the payment method, i got the email, saying the transaction went thru.. but ill do what you said if i dont have it by later.

this also happened to me too last week. I got the email but it turned out my payment went on hold. Check with your credit card company just incase. But if thats not the factor just summit a support ticket and theyll help you from there
