Mouse/keyboard input errors? help:(

I keep getting this error, just as I log into a room to play but it only does it like 70% of the time....This started earlier this week after I patched. I play off a laptop with a external keyboard and wireless mouse connected and have been playing CF like this for over a year now. I have the mouse settings in control panel sped up a bit. Could it be that? been looking for someone with the same problem in forums but had no such luck:(
