I got problem

Well guys i just bought a new screen full hd and 23,5 inch but when i join a game it's not in full screen mode! I checked many times if it's in window mode but it's in full screen mode
So can someone help me? With my old screen 20 inch i could play normal but with this one it's not in full screen mode just a little window upper left

What resolution did you set it on?

And is it shifted (black space at the right side) or just like zoomed out.

My screen's max resolution is 1920 x 1080 and I got crossfire's resolution at 1024 x 768 . When i join a room and i press start then i can see only a small window at my screen upper left ...
