The graphics card i think.

They all have a factor in the FPS (Except your arm o.o.), but I think its mainly the videocard for the majory of the grapics, but if you have a sucky processor you won't do that well.

Both, the processor needs to b able to pull out the full strenght of ur gfx monster, if the processor is farily slow it will cap the speed of gfx card thus resulting in less fps
