Lost ID/Password

I have a friend, who changed his password recently but later this he couldnt login anymore, so he asked for that email with his information about 24 h ago and it didnt come yet...

how many time does it takes for the email to come? is it working at all?

shouldnt take long, maybe try again, if nothing happens maybe they having problems.
