Crossfire error

when I try entering the game I get a message with title CROSSFIRE ERROR , and in part of message I get report error and buttons ok and cancel for 2 days already , tryed reinstaling deleting all history cf files too , but nothing works , dont know what to do , pls help

Turn off the cheats, or use the support button.

I have no cheats , I usually do some ha.cking but not in game trust me , support never answers
