Wth? Super Rewards offers not being awarded!

I had complained to Super Rewards about 2 offers and I was awarded Z8Points. This never showed up on my account for some reason! They CONTINUE to insist that they awarded this cr@p when IT WAS NEVER AWARDED AT ALL!!! Some specific events:

A week or two ago Super Rewards crashed, and it seemed they erased all of the Viewed/Awarded Offers in the Offer Status. I did some offers during that time, which did not work at first. I complained and gave my evidence to Super Rewards. Then, the "old" list of the Viewed/Awarded offers came back, and the "new" list disappeared. Super Rewards awarded my two offers from the "new" list, and the ZP never showed up on my account! I tried to tell them this and showed them screenshots of my ZP log and my crossfire ZP counter for proof, but they didn't listen to me and continued to ****ing insist that they awarded it to me! Here is my new list:

Can someone please tell my why I am not getting AWARDED ZP?! This is utterly ridiculous!

Mail them if you press Offer Stats (or whatever dunno its in german for me)
You may press Missing these ZP? then at the bottom right corner you see something with inquriement or stgh.
click that and mail them

i know that the word inquriement may not exist but i m not that good at english
