Problems with mouse?

Sorry not sure if this is the right section...but anyways,

Wondering if any other people have the same problem and might know how to fix it?

Sometimes when I play my character just ends up looking up or down without me moving my mouse down or up and it also spins sometimes. I normally use an optical mouse and have tried changing to another mouse with no luck...doesn't happen THAT often and it's bearable just annoying sometimes.
