i sent a support ticket the second of September and i still haven't gotten a reply HELP ME!
Most "Tickets" are answered after 2-4 days. Give them time.
Sorry to hear its not answered yet by the way.
Remember its their job to answer your tickets. But some times like normal work you have a little more laid in your hands then you can handle. Give them time or PM a GM to see if they have gotten to your ticket.
