How long do u need for banning hackers?!

Hey,

i reported 7 guys in the last weeks the first one on 23. and the guy is still active. Some of them are hacking so obvious with aimbot.

AlternatePro for example had 135:6 on a ship match and pwned everyone with an instant headshot.

The other ones I reported after clanmatches. In replay u can see them pointing with their crosshair to me and my mates the whole time trough wall. They knew all of our camp places and the bomb site we went ..

PLEASE ban this hacker! If u dont ban even the really obvious hacker the report webform is really senseless and I will stop wasting my time using it -.-

But please dont become off topic. It's really stupid. In the last weeks I saw many hackers. I took the time to report them and nothing happens.

Yeah, read around. Theres posts about people having sent in a replay of a obvious hack like speed hacks, and five months later nothing has happened.

I report, but rarely. Not even sure GMs have the time to look in all of the reports with all that people who report legit people (me being one of those reported constantly).

Last report I sent the guy is still in game . Even with the replay showing him walking through the walls . Geeez . Guess what . Thats why they hide the ban list .

Cant understand this. This game gets more and more unplayable. At the moment there seems to be a new public hack with wallhack or somethink like this in it -.-

I think I will stop reporting cause it simply does not matter if I do or not.

You report 7, I report 10.. 1000 other players report 15 replays each in the past 1 week. You expect 4-6 GMs to watch all of those replays in such a short time?

Watching replays and banning hackers isn't an easy process. Be patient, those individuals will be dealt with ASAP.

Also, those are the same GMs who have to deal with account bugs, game glitchs and many other behind scene duties we don't get to see. Just give them some time.

I know bannig isn't easy process. But you need no banning players, you need blocked the hack more rapidly.
One question: "Whot the VIP-hack?"
