HGW "close the game and try again."

when i click on the crossfire button HGW CLINET MANAGER says "close the game and try again." any fix for this or anyone else having this problem?

since yesterday i got the same problem, i tried to redownload the game and it doesnt work. I also reinstalled my window 7.. =.=" it does't work either.. when i try to open the game, a msg box pops up said close the game and try again.. anyone know what to do need help asap!!!

start: g4_box.exe and not: crossfire.exe!! thats in: where you have install CF!! try it. TRY IT!! im type this from my PSP!! XD XD!! Mascha.
