Hello, i have buy a change in name game but when i try to use it, its say i dont have this item, so i cant change my name. What can I do to fix this problem ?

go to where the guy aboe said and activate the item then log into the game and should let you change it

I know but its dosent work ^^, i click to use, i write my name and then i click ok..and its say you must buy this item..lol I have buy it, i just wanna use it. Gypsi
