Wireless Lag Spikes

D1 - Tears

Hey there, I just recently moved into a new house at Uni, and can only get internet wirelessly. That's fine, I get a 104 ping but every so often I spike to 1000. I use a Belkin wireless adaptor...

Anybody know how to stop this from happening, I'm running vista as well.
