Need help with ipod tocuh and itunes.

Want to get songs form my comp onto my ipod and itunes is a n1gger.

Basically move all of your songs to a new folder, select all (drag mouse creating grey box OR CTRL+A) and drag them to your iTunes window. To get the songs on go to your iPod in the left side bar where it lists you playlists and such. When you click it a bunch of tabs will appear with your iPod. Select "music". You can choose "Sync all songs" or there should be a place that will let you choose certain artists to select and sync with their songs only. Also, you can choose "Sync with selected ones only" which is where if you go to your iTunes library, beside the song there is a little box with a checkmark or not. The ones with checkmarks will be downloaded to iPod if you have selected the last option I stated.
