CrossFire + Recording is Lagg

I want to make my computer faster to record + play crossfire without ANY lagg.
I think the solution might be purchasing a new video card for in the computer but I want to be 100% sure on this.
I need to know the solution in 2 hours.
All info will be appreciated.

Possible ( and probable ) reasons for lagging >

1. Running multiple programs at one time.
2. Old/weak video card
3. Slow Processor
4. Slow Internet connection speed
5. Old computer in general
