im not a moron i know about the one child policy i am chinese, but theres a lot of media bs about chinese people ruthlessly killing babies (mostly girls), but the government never said you HAD to.
you were encouraged to have only 1 child cuz a country can only support so many people. America would probably have to do something drastic like this too if the population hit and broke 1 billion.
