If u havent allready, Try sending a support ticket though Customer service.

If its been that long u have no chance . It hard enough to recover after a few days , but a few months . I cant see it happening . but GOOD LUCK

just screeny it saying it gave u zp and then upload to tiny pic and send it to them.
