But the truth is 90% of BR's have a bad attitude, QQ and are kick happy, then about 80% of them do hack glitch.

Even without none of the above they do lag, ping restrictions would make the game better for everyone.

1) You and I can play with people within our own ping limit to make it fair.

) BR's can make a high ping room to play with other BR's (fairer)
