Terrible primary weapon. Try it on Crossroads almost nobody takes it so you should grab it easy. It is fun to use in Eliminations on Crossroads but as a primary weapon that you spend your precious money on, NO WAY.
It can be somewhat effective if you practice but very little damage and big spray. If you want to rely on head shots, get a FAMAS or K2. These weapons are FAR FAR better at range.
If you like to run really really fast and get within five feet of the enemy and spray them with BB's the P90 is for you. Although I have not tried it, I cannot imagine P90 would be effective on most Elimination maps and almost completly worthless in S and D maps. I would further add that I see nobody use this weapon on other maps.

it not that good i think. the fire rate is good but it has low power and the spray patter is not good too. you were right about the about the close range though. it is good at close range because of its big clip and fire rate but the MP5 would be the best close range run i think.

P90 is not good for close combat (if u aim at body) for shot in head without spray is good....it's not a suitable weapon after all. buy first better weapon

Its the best rushing gun, you run fast with it, and i always take it in crossroad, (if i dont end up infront of the awm) i almost always get HS's, if noone ruushes and kills me.
I personally wouldnt buy it, cause your not gonna rush all the time, and thats pretty much the only thing you can do with that gun, but its fun to use once in a while. -

Yes most of the time people dont pick it and most of hte time i would cus id go for hte shottie, BUT I WILL TAKE IT. id take it. id pay for it if I wasnt so tight one cash. id take it over the famas and k2 any day. its bad tho at long range. -
It is a very poor performing weapon. Very. If you want to "headshot" use any number of rifles that are available. You can use them at range whereas you have to be really cute to use the P90 at range.
P90 is a novelty. It is fun to use for fun only but not to spend your money on compared to all of the other options. Kind of like an Uzi.
If you want SMG go MP5 or K1a.
I prefer any rifle myself. -
No I think it's a good weapon... It is not easy to use, you have to fire burst of 2-3 rounds to be accurate at any range. I use it even at long range with a good chance of kill enemies. It's a good weapon if you defend o make ambush, you have to pay attention in close combat with opponent with heavy weapons. Initially is a little bit hard to manage, but it's remain a good weapon.

Here is the reason why the P90 is not a good weapon to buy in this game. This one problem is a giant sore spot on this gun, and will be the very reason you hate yourself if you buy it.
The reload.
For some reason, the CF P90 has one of the sloooooooooooooowest reloads ever, making even the K2's reload time seem like a sprint through time. The long reload of the P90 is where most of its users get killed, because they're standing around, waiting for their soldier boy to dally along like it's a casual day at the shooting range, not the middle of a deadly war.
It's rare I'll flat-out say "Don't buy this gun." However...Don't buy this gun. You really and truly will hate yourself.
Go play with it on Crossroads. It's not a horrible gun. That's the best place to go enjoy it. But you'll see for yourself there how troubling that reload is.
