Ticket replys

I have a reply to one of my tickets but when I click on the little flashing letter by "log out" it comes up with what I sent and when I scroll down I can't see the reply. It says it HAS been replyed to.

Haven't submitted tickets in a while, but the reply should be visible when you click your ticket (anywhere on the text).
