redeem code dont work

I bought two times 20k gp and i entered my codes at deposit.
I submit that and its says item sucsess. I went to the game but there are no gp WHY???
where is the point? Post some thing what can help me:D

send a support ticket, btw i sended 1 yesterday, i'll get a stupid answer, "what do you mean" omg...

They gonna say, you couldn't proof "even i did" that you complete this blabla

I also entered a 40k code this weekend, didn´t recieve anything. Hope they gonna fix this

z8 has had many site/mall issues. tbh im not buying anything online. worried i might not get it >.>
