Everytime we have an update for CrossFire my ping goes up....WHY!!!!, it started at 153, then 193-199, now its effing 206-253, can use fix it or NOT!!!!

erm i think its how far you are from teh servers

i get around 68 in alpha etc
in west i get 58

in UK i get 134
