if an account is banid or kiked, another player can create an account with the same name as the banid account ???

That`s banned, not banid. Sounds like a "bunny-account". And no, you can`t create a new account with the same name. Btw, your fault if you get banned...

yes I now that, I just wanted to delete 2 accounts that were ruined by one guy that had codes and he entered in my email and discovered the password .

but thanks to IMORTAL from SNYPERS he couldnt change the password ...

why GMs dont post ???
