HI, iv done 2 phone surveys at the end of july and got no ZP but was billed for the cost of the txts. I sent a support ticket and its been about 5 days and no reply. I did one somtricks and one gambit. The gambit one was around 10.4k ZP and the sometricks a 8.4k ZP i have the txt still to proove. What should i do?
Srry about spelling i dont think it matters though you all get what im saying.

iv gone and done that now but the one for Gambit ikea gift card says i didnt even try to do it?

Yeh do what the MOD said click on "Offer Status" and send a ticket to Sometrics/Gambit and write down the text there. It takes long for them to reply, just be patient. They usually reply within 2 days if they dont then send another ticket.

and for the "Ikea Gift Card" if it says you didn't do it then you didn't. Just click on the survey and it will come up on the Offer status page and then send a ticket for that too.

i contacted the survey people an they said its been complete an i had to take it up wit z8

This is why i dont do the phone ones, un sure if they'll work half the time
