Everything you go to buy it gives you a message "Your zp has been taken blah blah you need to contact Z8 with your problem".. We have all done that and you still haven't giving me my name change and/or ZP. -_- Fix. Now.

I bought advanced spop package and didnt recieve spop military back pack, name card, or the goggles, i left a support ticket around a week ago and they still havent responded

Have you checked the 'My Items' section on the right hand side of the screen?
